Position Summary:
The Breakfast Attendant ensures a welcoming and satisfying morning experience for all guests by preparing and maintaining the breakfast area in alignment with company standards. This full-time role combines food preparation, guest interaction, and facility cleanliness to deliver excellent customer service and enhance guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up the breakfast area promptly at scheduled times
- Cook and prepare hot breakfast items according to established menus and safety standards
- Keep food and beverage items fully stocked during service hours
- Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area and kitchen before, during, and after service
- Greet guests warmly and respond to special requests
- Ensure countertops, machines, and utensils remain clean and organized
- Regularly inventory breakfast items and restock as needed
- Support cleanliness in public areas when required
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience with food handling and basic cooking required
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
