We are looking for enthusiastic and dependable Front Desk Agents to join our team. Front Desk Agents are key members of our team who are responsible for frequently interacting with hotel guests and providing them with a positive experience. We're looking for Front Desk Agents who are eager to learn and have previous experience interacting with a diverse group of people. This position is primarily for 3pm-11pm, with some 7am-3pm availability as well
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, vendors and members of the public.
- Answer telephone in a professional manner.
- Answer general questions about company services and facilities.
- Provide directions to visitors, customers and store personnel.
- Serve as a liaison between client and students/faculty staff.
- Participate in the development of overall personnel/training programs.
- Assist in the preparation of reports required by government agencies or accrediting associations.
- Verify and maintain medical supplies, materials and equipment used in clinical work.
