Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities according to established standards.
- Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in accordance with hospitality guidelines.
- Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring linens are clean and well-presented.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests and inquiries professionally.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning and housekeeping roles, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation.
- Familiarity with janitorial practices and industrial cleaning methods is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
