- Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service during evening social hours
- Prepare and serve light snacks and beverages for guests to enjoy
- Create a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests to socialize and unwind
- Assist with set up and clean up of evening social events
- Engage with guests to ensure their needs are met and they have a pleasant stay
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work Mon, Tue, Wed, evenings
- A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for guests
- Must pass a background check
