What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Food Service Associate position at Staybridge Suites Charleston/Mt. Pleasant?
This job will be Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 4pm until 8pm
Duties
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Skills:
- Food safety knowledge and certification
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
- Strong customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques, including cooking, baking, and bartending
