Staybridge Suites - Allentown West is seeking a mature, reliable individual with strong customer service skills, open availability and a professional appearance. Position is part-time, primarily 3 pm - 11 pm, weekends and holidays included, based on hotel needs.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
checking guests in/out; assigning rooms
- assisting guests with special requests
- completing all front desk tasks
- handling cash and credit card transactions
- answering phone calls
- making and confirming reservations
- assisting laundry/housekeeping when needed
- offering friendly and professional customer service to all guests
