YOUR NEW ROLE AS A GUEST SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Flexibility is essential as you will be the welcoming face of our hotel during these hours.
As an entry-level Guest Service Representative, you will serve as the face of our hotel during your shift. You will warmly greet all guests and clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service at check-in and check-out. Your evenings will be spent engaging with guests, providing recommendations for dining and activities, answering phones, and making reservations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to be a self-starter and responsible
- Extremely friendly demeanor and ability to build a rapport with people easily
- Dependability and professionality
- Eagerness to call and follow up
- Desire to be happy, smile, and be helpful
Customer service experience is a huge plus! Hotel front desk experience is a major plus too!
