Responsibilities

- Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or maintenance needs.
- Ensure all areas are stocked with necessary amenities and supplies.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
- Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring linens are clean and well-maintained.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to improve processes and efficiency.
Skills
- Proficient in floor care techniques and equipment operation.
- Strong background in hospitality with an emphasis on cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
