Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, handling guest inquiries and reservations
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations efficiently and courteously
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software
- Assist with night audit procedures to ensure financial accuracy and reporting
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to serve a diverse clientele
- Knowledge of hospitality management systems and front desk software preferred
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, or holidays if required
- Hospitality management or hotel experience is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to manage guest relations professionally and efficiently
