Great opportunity for a Guest Services Attendant in Glendale, AZ.
In this position you will be delivering exceptional guest services to in-house guests, as well as conducting quality inspections of units between guests and monitoring the property on a routine basis.
Must be able to work one (1) overnight shift from 11PM to 7AM
Saturday and Sunday 10AM-6:30PM
What you have
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience of 1-2 years in hotels or similar (vacation rentals, apartment communities, senior living, etc.)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and handle guest concerns professionally
Patient, dependable, and attentive to detail are critical skills
Bilingual skills are a plus
What you’ll do
Maintain friendly and welcoming attitude towards guests
Maintain professional relationship with guests, vendors and fellow team members.
Ensure each guest has checked out before departing by collecting signatures and unit keys.
Address guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner
Inspect units upon checkout for cleanliness and condition of furnishings between guests. Supply unit with additional guest supplies when necessary.
Monitor the property during stated coverage hours, including evenings and weekends to ensure a quiet and peaceful environment for all residents
This position may require involvement in special projects and initiatives as they arise. Candidates should be adaptable and open to taking on diverse tasks to support the company's evolving needs.
As a Guest Services Attendant, you must be self-motivated, problem-solving in nature, and well organized. You should also be friendly, energetic and assertive as well.
