Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer incoming calls promptly, and provide accurate information about hotel services and amenities.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest information using hotel management software.
- Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs promptly.
- Promote hotel services such as dining options, local attractions, and special events to enhance guest experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve an international clientele effectively.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed for night audit shifts or busy periods.
