Beach Bonfire Attendant (Seasonal)
Stay Lit Bonfires is looking for a reliable and hardworking team member to join our seasonal crew!
This is a flexible, seasonal position that is great for someone looking for extra income, a side job, or a position that works well around another schedule. This is not a full-time position — hours are based on customer bookings and availability.
Our team primarily serves the west end of Panama City Beach, so applicants should be comfortable traveling to beach locations in that area.
Bonfire attendants help create memorable beach experiences by setting up, maintaining, and cleaning up after events. This role is hands-on, outdoors, and requires someone who is dependable and comfortable working independently.
Event Schedule:
- Bonfires typically start about 30 minutes before sunset
- The bonfire event itself typically last 2–3 hours
- Setup time is approximately 1 hour, depending on event size
- Cleanup typically takes 30 minutes to 1 hour after each event
Responsibilities:
- Transport and set up bonfire equipment at beach locations
- Arrange chairs, tables, fire pits, and event details
- Maintain wood and propane fires during events as needed
- Keep setups clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Break down equipment and complete cleanup after events
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation (SUV or truck required)
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Dependable, punctual, and responsible
- Comfortable working outdoors and independently
- Available based on customer bookings
