What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crew Leader position at Stay Green Inc?
EXPERIENCE & TRAINING:
The Crew Leader must have at least one year of experience in directing crews and jobs and have a valid Class “C” California Driver’s License, but Class “B” is preferred, with a safe driving record as required by our insurance company standards. Also, have the ability to perform multiple tasks, meet critical deadlines, and possess technical knowledge of commercial and landscape maintenance practices. Crew Leader also needs to have technical knowledge of commercial landscape maintenance practices and basic knowledge of irrigation. The Crew Leader will also have the ability to read, write, and speak English and Spanish.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary role of the Crew Leader is to manage, direct, and exceed assigned field jobs and provide support, leadership, supervision, and training to all crew members while maintaining the highest efficiency, safety, and production standards.
