What You’ll Do:
- Lead a small crew to complete waterproofing, drainage installations, mold remediation, and foundation repairs
- Ensure high-quality, code-compliant work using the right tools and materials
- Assist with technical training and mentoring of field team members
- Collaborate with the office and supervisor to keep jobs running smoothly
- Maintain documentation using a company iPad
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of hands-on waterproofing, drainage, or foundation repair experience
- Natural leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Someone comfortable working outdoors, in crawl spaces, and doing physical labor
- Knowledge of waterproofing systems, tools, and repair techniques
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to doing the job right
- Ability to read project plans and invoices
- Comfortable communicating with the customer
