We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Mold Inspector/Installer. In this role, you’ll assess water, mold, and fire damage in homes and businesses, develop accurate estimates for restoration services, and communicate clearly with property owners about the scope of work needed as well as oversee the completion of the project.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess water damage, mold growth, and fire damage in residential and commercial properties.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and business clients
- Explain inspection results, recommended services, and next steps clearly and professionally. Answer questions and set expectations for the restoration process.
- Use software to create detailed and accurate quotes for restoration work based on inspection findings.
- Share inspection details with project managers and technicians. Ensure clear communication between sales, field, and administrative staff.
- Take photos, write inspection notes, and maintain accurate records of all site visits, moisture readings, and damage assessments.
Qualifications
- Experience in water damage restoration, mold remediation, or related field (preferred).
- Knowledge of building materials, moisture detection, and basic construction practices.
- Mold and restoration certifications are a plus (not required).
- Previous experience as an Estimator or Project Manager in residential and commercial construction
- Experience working with Xactimate and insurance adjusters is a strong plus (not required).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Flexible with work hours, as emergencies may arise at any time.
