Position Overview:

We’re hiring an Entry Level Marketing Trainee to support our expanding retail campaigns. This role focuses on customer engagement, product education, and driving in-store sales. You'll be the face of our clients in retail locations, helping customers find the right services while learning valuable skills in communication, sales strategy, and brand promotion.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with retail customers to understand their needs and match them with the right products or services
• Answer questions, overcome objections, and create a seamless customer experience
• Cross-sell and upsell products to maximize value for the customer and the brand
• Promote ongoing sales, discounts, and special offers
• Stay informed about new product launches and client updates
• Help install promotional displays and marketing materials
• Communicate regularly with retail partners to ensure alignment and a smooth operation
• Track daily and weekly sales performance and goals
• Represent client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm at in-store events
• Attend training sessions and team meetings for continued development
