Entry-Level Client Sales Representative

We are currently recruiting for a full-time, W-2 Entry-Level Client Sales Representative supporting AT&T's telecommunications products and services within established retail locations in the Brainerd, MN area.

This is a face-to-face retail sales position. Representatives work directly with customers inside retail stores, introduce available Spectrum products and services, explain current promotions, and assist customers through the sales and enrollment process.

Prior sales experience is not required. Paid training is provided.

What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Client Sales Representative, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Work face-to-face with customers inside established retail locations
• Approach and engage customers to identify their telecommunications needs
• Promote and sell AT&T telecommunications products and services
• Explain available service options, features, pricing, and current promotions
• Assist interested customers with new customer sales and service enrollments
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate product and service information
• Deliver sales presentations using provided product knowledge and sales training
• Maintain professional and positive customer interactions throughout the sales process
• Track individual sales activity and performance
• Work toward established daily and weekly sales goals
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and customer-service training
• Collaborate with team members and management to improve sales performance

This position is performed in person inside retail locations and is not a remote, office-based, or door-to-door sales position.

Compensation

• W-2 employee position — not 1099 or independent contractor
• Guaranteed weekly base pay uncapped commission
• Average total earnings, including commissions: $850–$1,200 per week
• Commission earnings are based on individual sales performance and are not guaranteed
• Paid, hands-on training provided
• Paid weekly

Schedule

• Full-time
• Approximately 40–42 hours per week
• Daytime and retail operating hours
• Weekend availability is required
• No overnight shifts

Qualifications

• Are comfortable working on their feet throughout the workday
• Can maintain a professional attitude when representing telecommunications products and services
• Are available to work a full-time retail schedule, including weekends

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, telecommunications, promotions, or other customer-facing positions can be helpful but is not required.

New representatives receive hands-on training covering:

• Spectrum telecommunications products and services
• Current promotions and service options
• Customer needs assessment
• Face-to-face sales presentations
• Customer acquisition and enrollment
• Retail sales techniques
• Communication and customer service
• Sales performance and goal tracking

This is an entry-level sales position designed for individuals interested in building practical experience in retail sales, telecommunications, customer acquisition, and business development.

Pay: $900.00 - $1,500.00 per week
