This role plays a key part in supporting field and office operations by sourcing, screening, and placing top construction talent across multiple locations. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for various construction roles.
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential applicants through industry contacts, job boards, advertising, and employee referrals.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate, timely updates to the applicant tracking system.
- Conduct daily outreach calls to prospective candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to create targeted recruiting and interview plans for open positions.
- Identify, vet, and pre-screen subcontractors as needed to support project needs.
- Research and recommend new sourcing methods for both active and passive candidates.
- Perform additional HR/recruiting duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of recruiting experience; construction or skilled trades experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in JazzHR, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar recruiting tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.
- Professional, team-oriented approach with a passion for connecting people to opportunities.
