Stavros Law P.C. is a boutique law firm located in Sandy, UT. Our law firm focuses on civil litigation in the areas of employment, business, health care and real estate law and other commercial litigation. We are seeking an experienced paralegal to assist with employment law matters. Your duties would include client interactions, case review, file management, assistance with administrative filings, assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation, reviewing discovery and assisting with discovery requests, conducting legal research and gather relevant information for cases, evaluating facts, summarizing deposition testimony and discovery, organizing and maintaining case files, documents, and exhibits, managing deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively and perform administrative tasks such as data entry and document management
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred, along with a paralegal certificate or relevant certification or comparable experience. Proficiency in legal case management software (Clio) and Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Lexis and related litigation software is desired. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities is a must.
