Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff during night shifts to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Serve as the on-site clinical leader, making critical decisions and providing guidance in urgent situations.
- Monitor patient care plans, ensuring compliance with standards, policies, and regulations.
- Conduct shift handovers, staff assignments, and ensure proper documentation.
- Support staff development through coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address patient needs and resolve issues.
- Respond to emergencies and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for patients and staff.
- RN or LPN license in WV.
- Minimum of 1 years prior nursing management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation.
