Job Description
The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for coordinating and preparing food for the hot foods area and meal center. They will possess a working knowledge of produce, meat, deli, and seafood products to effectively plan and coordinate catering events.
They will assign duties to team members, schedule break periods, work hours, and vacations based on the needs of the business and upcoming store events.
The Kitchen Manager will communicate regularly with the scan department to resolve incorrect information and ensure correct pricing.
They will also communicate with the Buying and GM teams regarding merchandising, new product implementation, and appropriate pricing.
