Mill Machinist – Precision Work in a High-Tech, Forward-Thinking Shop
We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Mill Machinist to join our growing team. If you enjoy working with modern equipment, solving machining challenges, and being part of a company that values precision, innovation, and collaboration—this is the role for you.
You'll be working with the latest DMG Mori milling technology in a clean, highly automated environment, serving clients in aerospace and medical manufacturing. We’re also preparing to move into a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility by the end of 2025, built to support the future of advanced manufacturing.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate and maintain a variety of horizontal and 5-axis milling machines
- Set up machines, change tooling, and make adjustments to keep parts running efficiently and accurately
- Support or perform basic CNC programming and edits (experience with Siemens or Mastercam is a plus)
- Monitor and work with robotic systems and lights-out machining processes
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet exact specifications and tight tolerances
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe
- Work closely with engineers, programmers, and quality teams to improve processes and solve problems
- Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and help us stay ahead with automation and productivity
What You’ll Work With:
- 13 horizontal mills set up on pallet pool systems
- DMU 5-axis mills for complex, multi-surface parts
- High-end equipment integrated with robotic automation for efficiency and consistency
- A clean, modern shop environment focused on quality and technology
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience working as a Mill Machinist in a production environment
- Familiarity with 5-axis machines, multi-pallet systems, or robot-assisted machining is a big plus
- Experience with CNC programming (especially Siemens or Mastercam) is preferred but not required
- Strong mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot on the fly
- High attention to detail and a commitment to producing precision, high-quality parts
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow specifications carefully
- Background in aerospace or medical manufacturing is a bonus
- A team player who enjoys working cross-functionally with others
- Someone who’s open to learning new technology and growing with the company

Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm Monday- Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Rate - $28 - $35 per hour (Pay rate based on matching qualifications and experience).
