What you need to know before applying :
- This is a phone sales position, so you will be talking, connecting and helping customers on the phone A LOT.
- You will need to be consistent, you will need to work hard. We will train you to help you succeed but you will need a strong work ethic.
- WARM LEADS -no cold calling or door knocking.
- If you have done tax relief, debt settlement, solar, auto sales you would do well here. A consistent sales rep with little or no experience could make around $60,000.00 more or less their first year. Experienced sales reps will range from 60K , 100k .
Description of Role (Inside Sales):
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls
- Generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records in your CRM system.
- Collaborate with colleagues while also working independently.
- Manage time effectively to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Contribute to the growth and success of our team.
Skills and Requirements:
- Highly motivated individuals with a positive attitude and excellent people skills.
- COACHABLE.
- Outstanding Telephone Etiquette skills
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
Training:
- We will teach you everything you need to know to become a top producer
- multiple weekly calls doing roll plays, live sales call audits, objection handling and communication training.
