Customer Service Representative
Family-Owned Local Auto Body Shop
We are a locally owned auto body shop seeking a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a key role in providing a positive, stress-free repair experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in person and by phone
- Schedule appointments and provide repair updates
- Assist with estimates, invoices, and payments
- Communicate with estimators, technicians and insurance companies
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Office upkeep
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Automotive/Insurance experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
- Strong communication, organizational and computer skills
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
