StatUS Health Partners, a physician owned and operated group based in Iowa, is looking for a part time or per diem Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join its team in a critical access hospital near Des Moines, Iowa. This is a part time independent contractor position that will be ongoing.
Position Highlights:
- Low Volume, Critical Access Hospital seeing 4000 ED patients annually
- Low acuity
- Daytime hospitalist on site weekdays
- ED physician backup via Telehealth
- 12 or 24 hour shifts
Requirements
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Iowa.
- Candidate must have at least one year of experience working as an NP in emergency medicine or inpatient medicine.
- Excellent communication skills for working with diverse populations including children, seniors requiring memory or dementia care, individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges.
