About the Program
STATS ChipPAC is launching our New Graduate Development Program designed to build the next generation of talent across Sales, Business Operations, and Engineering support functions.
This program offers early-career professionals the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop cross-functional knowledge, and build a strong foundation in the semiconductor industry—one of the fastest-growing sectors driven by AI, automotive, and advanced technologies.
Participants will rotate through key business areas, work on impactful projects, and gain exposure to customer-facing and revenue-driving functions, preparing them for long-term career growth within the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Participate in structured rotational assignments across functions such as:
- Sales / Key Account Management
- Sales Operations & Business Analytics
- Customer Program Management
- Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Product teams
- Support customer-facing initiatives and gain exposure to strategic accounts
- Analyze business data to support forecasting, planning, and decision-making
- Contribute to projects that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership
- Engage in a structured learning and development curriculum

Who You Are
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Strong interest in Sales, business strategy, or customer-facing roles
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and cultures
Salary : $80,000 - $130,000
