Training is available for advanced procedures such as CVCs, mid-thigh catheters, and tunneling.Primary ResponsibilitiesRepresent Chesapeake Mobile Healthcare professionally at all timesCollaborate with patients, providers, and administrative staff to schedule visitsArrive on time, prepared, and ready to provide exceptional careEstablish positive rapport with providers, caregivers, patients, and familiesAssess patient condition and verify provider orders for appropriate interventionsPlace VADs including PIV, extended dwell catheters, midline, PICC, CVC, and mid-thigh femoral cathetersPerform catheter declots, port access, dressing changes, and other vascular access servicesMaintain current nursing licensure in all states of practiceComply with OSHA, HIPAA, and infusion therapy standards of practiceComplete initial and ongoing training and competenciesAssist with staff orientation and training as neededPerform other nursing or administrative duties as assignedRequired QualificationsUnrestricted RN license in the state(s) of practiceMinimum 2 years of experience placing PICC, Midline, and US-PIV with ECG tip confirmationAbility to work collaboratively and meet reliability standardsPhysical ability to push/pull 50 lbs for patient positioningReady to make an impact?
