Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and proper portioning
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with prep work, inventory, and kitchen cleaning duties
- Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining high standards
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- Previous cooking or line cook experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and food quality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
