Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver parts to customers across designated routes
- Load, unload, and organize parts efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling techniques
- Ensure timely deliveries by following planned routes and schedules while maintaining flexibility for last-minute adjustments
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients professionally, answering questions, and addressing concerns during deliveries
- Verify delivery details, obtain signatures, and complete all required documentation accurately
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections, report maintenance needs, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Assist in warehouse tasks such as inventory management, stock replenishment, and moving items as needed
Requirements
- Proven delivery driver experience with a strong focus on route driving and customer service excellence
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical moving of parts using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual methods
- Familiarity with warehouse operations including load & unload procedures and inventory handling
- Knowledge of driving with manual transmission is advantageous; commercial driving experience is highly valued
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and route planning
- Ability to work independently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment
