Stathakis is hiring a full-time Janitorial Evening Area Manager in Farmington Hills, MI. This leadership role is responsible for supporting janitorial operations, team performance, customer service, and daily service delivery across customer facilities. The ideal candidate has experience leading teams, resolving issues, maintaining service quality, and supporting safe and efficient operations.

Schedule:

• Full Time
• Monday-Friday
• 4:00 pm-12:30 am
• Some weekends may be required

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations across assigned customer facilities
• Lead, support, and guide shift leaders and team members
• Ensure service delivery meets company standards and customer expectations
• Manage team performance and help meet or exceed operational goals
• Support operational changes and process improvements
• Help create a positive, professional, and productive work environment
• Complete additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Prior experience managing, leading, or supervising a successful team
• Experience with customer relationship management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional, approachable, and dependable work ethic
• Flexibility to work across departments, shifts, and some weekends
• Strong customer service mindset and leadership ability
• Conflict resolution skills
• Ability to support company culture and team engagement
• Experience developing and managing safety programs preferred

Educations and Requirements:

• Associates degree preferred, or at least 2 years of janitorial supervisory experience
• High school diploma required
• Valid drivers license
• Must pass a motor vehicle record check

Compensation and Benefits:

• $45,000-$50,000
