Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Door to Door Salesperson, based in Boca Raton, FL, with opportunities for some remote work. The Door to Door Salesperson will be responsible for promoting and selling our window and door products to potential clients in residential and commercial spaces. Primary tasks include canvassing neighborhoods, conducting product demonstrations, cultivating strong customer relationships, identifying client needs, and scheduling appointments. The role also includes providing product information, answering customer inquiries.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers
- Proficiency in Sales techniques, including prospecting and lead generation
- Experience in Sales Management and Training is an advantage
- Knowledge or experience in the Home improvement Industry is a plus but not required
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred (Not required)
