Our client is seeking an Accountant with 3-5 years experience working in the Construction Industry. Responsibilities to include but not limited to:Process invoices, payments, recurring AP.ReconciliationsComplianceAR aging and collections follow-up.Monthly closings, balance sheet and income statement.Fixed asset schedule and job cost codingAssist with payroll. Qualifications:3-5 years experience in Construction Accounting.Fundamental knowledge of GAAPExperience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools. Spectrum, preferred.Detail and deadline-orientedStrong analytical and problem solving skillsBachelors degree in accounting, finance or related field.Familiarity with job costing, AIA's, subcontractors billing, and pay appications.Proficiency in MS Suite.Strong understanding of AP/AR.Company DescriptionStaffing Agency
