We are looking for dependable, professional officers who are able to follow post orders, communicate effectively, and take their responsibilities seriously.

PART-TIME OVERNIGHT PATROL OFFICERS – FORT MYERS AREA

We are currently looking for 1–2 part-time patrol officers, with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time position as hours and site needs increase.

Patrol officers will be responsible for:

• Patrolling multiple communities
• Writing parking/vehicle violation tickets
• Initiating authorized vehicle tows when necessary
• Completing detailed patrol reports/DARs
• Taking clear photographs of violations
• Following site-specific post orders
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the assigned patrol vehicle

Company patrol vehicle provided. Personal vehicles may not be used for patrol.

Patrol positions require strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and reliable attendance.

PART-TIME WEEKEND OFFICER – FORT MYERS BEACH

We are looking for a part-time weekend officer for a Fort Myers Beach assignment.

This position is primarily focused on weekend coverage and is ideal for someone looking for consistent part-time weekend work. This is 16 hours a week and can be paired with another part time position if available.

FLEX OFFICERS – MULTIPLE LOCATIONS - Full or part time available.

We are also hiring Flex Officers to assist with coverage throughout our service area.

Flex means you will not have a permanent, set schedule. Flex officers are used to cover open shifts, call-outs, vacations, and other staffing needs.

Requirements:

• Must have your own reliable vehicle.
• We prefer open availability...
• Must be willing to accept coverage requests with reasonable notice and some without reasonable notice (callouts). (Anything that is this week, you will receive a call, anything not THIS week will just be added to your schedule.)
• Must be dependable and able to report to different locations as assigned.

This position requires flexibility. If you need the same days and times every week, Flex is probably not the right position for you.

OVERNIGHT GATEHOUSE – NAPLES

We are hiring for an overnight gatehouse position in Naples.

Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

This position requires a dependable officer who can remain attentive throughout the overnight shift, follow access-control procedures, properly document activity, and provide professional customer service to residents and guests.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must:

• Must speak and read English well.
• Have a valid Florida security license appropriate for the position.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be dependable and punctual.
• Be able to follow verbal/written instructions and post orders.
• Have good communication skills.
• Be comfortable working independently.
• Be willing to complete required reports and documentation.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
