Job Overview
These are high end concierge positions. Concierge experience is a must. Hygiene and appearance and the ability to be on time with absolutely no excuses. This position is NOT for a new guard. Hair neatly trimmed. No un excused days off for the first 90 days. We do not work on Island time.
Responsibilities
- Monitor access points, verifying credentials for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors
- Conduct surveillance using CCTV systems to oversee premises and identify potential issues
- Perform regular patrols of designated areas to deter theft, vandalism, or unauthorized activity
- Respond promptly to incidents, conflicts, or emergencies with professionalism and clarity
- Execute background checks on individuals as part of security screening procedures
- Operate security equipment such as Taser devices, AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators), and perform CPR when necessary
- Manage manual handling tasks including heavy lifting during equipment setup or incident response
Qualifications
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable
- Knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV), loss prevention techniques, and conflict management strategies
- Ability to perform first aid procedures including CPR and AED operation confidently
- Physical capability for heavy lifting and manual handling tasks required in certain assignments
- Strong communication skills for performing background checks and interacting with the public professionally
- Valid certifications in security operations, law enforcement tactics, or related areas are a plus but not mandatory
