Security Supervisor
Duties:
-Develop and manage weekly work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and efficient workflow.
-Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve daily production and quality standards.
-Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and identifying training needs.
-Train new employees on company policiies, safety procedures, and job-specific tasks.
-Resolve employee issues and conflicts in a fair and timely manner, escalating complex situations to upper management when necessary.
-Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety regulations.
-Prepare and present regular reports on team performance,productivity, and adherence to goals.
Must be available to cover shifts as needed
Skills:
- Possess current CPR and First Aid certifications
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and strategies
- Experience in surveillance and monitoring activities
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations effectively
- Ability to lead and supervise a team of security officers
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in security management is a plus
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the security industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
