What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Manager - Automotive Equipment position at Statewide Installations?

A busy lift service company is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily operations. The ideal candidate will be dependable, efficient, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment. This position is typically 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate daily service appointments.
  • Answer and manage incoming service calls.
  • Enter and maintain all service call records in computer spreadsheets.
  • Confirm appointments and communicate with customers.
  • Process and track purchase orders, packing slips, and part orders.
  • Order parts and office supplies as needed.
  • Handle customer collections and process invoice payments.
  • Perform general clerical and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks 2023, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Experience handling purchase orders, packing slips, and inventory documentation.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Previous office or administrative experience required.
