The Multi-Site Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining multiple multi-family apartment communities across various city locations. This role requires daily travel between assigned properties to perform routine preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, unit turns, and property inspections. The technician works independently using a variety of tools and systems to ensure properties are well-maintained and provide a safe, comfortable living environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine and preventive maintenance across multiple properties
Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders on time
Conduct unit turns, including repairs, painting, cleaning coordination, and inspections
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
Perform emergency repairs as needed, including after-hours when required
Inspect buildings, systems, and common areas to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns
Maintain accurate records of work performed using property management or maintenance software
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations
Communicate effectively with property managers, residents, and team members
Qualifications
2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multi-family housing
Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general building systems
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple locations
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
Basic computer skills and experience with maintenance or property management software
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Good communication and customer service skills
