POSITION SUMMARY: Candidate should have extensive experience in installation, alterations, additions and/or repairs of electrical systems conduit/conductors and associated materials and equipment within the electrical construction industries. Candidates should also be comfortable working with little to no supervision and possess a strong work ethic and team mindset.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Travel to project locations, often multiple daily, as required
  • Complete electrical installations to ensure proper operation in accordance with established procedures and according to code.
  • Perform other duties as required to maintain equipment and follow all company and customer safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain all site locations for safety and cleanliness before, during and after services are provided.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of hands on electrical experience (We are not seeking entry-level applications or those with residential experience only)
  • Journeyman/wireman certification or equivalent
  • Considerable functional knowledge of the standard practices, materials, and processes of the electrical trade.
  • Considerable functional knowledge of the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical instruments, apparatus, and equipment.
  • Safety-minded and OSHA Certification and knowledge of safety regulations.
  • Scaffold/Lift operator certificate
  • Ability to handle dynamic, evolving, and fast-paced workload.
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Current valid driver’s license for operating motor vehicles in the state of New Jersey
  • Must be punctual, dependable and adhere to a daily schedule with multiple appointments in different locations
  • Must have professional appearance, basic writing and computer skills, customer service skills
  • Must have strong electrical skills with ability to think outside of the box and experience with Installation of new & retrofit LED lighting systems in commercial office space, mission critical data centers and industrial manufacturing plants. Work will also include installation of automatic temperature control wiring, devices, and opportunities to be trained on programming of control and alarm points.


Working Conditions:

Pushing, pulling, and lifting various types of equipment. Walking, standing, and stooping for extended periods of time. Climbing and working from ladders and staging while carrying equipment that may weigh up to 75 lbs.

Working at difficult angles to perform repairs. Working in all types of weather conditions. May be exposed to dust, noise, heat, cold, lubricants, and chemicals during the course of work.
