Alpha Inkind Product 6 Months Full-time Internship (Jul- Dec 2026)

Who we are looking for A successful Co-op will have the ability to work effectively with a broad range of internal stakeholders across the Alpha Organization and more broadly at State Street, assisting with crucial client metrics and tracking. The Co-op will assist in developing end to end Alpha product solutions specifically the Alpha Inkind Transfer Portal products, participating in the full software development lifecycle and contributing as a member of a feature-focused product development team. They should possess a positive, team attitude, with the ability to work on multiple projects at once. The Co-op position will focus specifically on the Inkind Portal product but will have exposure to all Alpha Products, so a candidate should be organized and proactive. The job is located in Quincy, MA. What you will be responsible for As a Co-op, you will • Work directly with the product management team to gather product requirements and develop feature specifications; involvement in all aspects of the product life cycle • Assist in researching and producing business and technical requirement documents • Assist with the management of project schedules and monthly deliverables • Develop materials and dashboards • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks at once • Assist the management team with other ad-hoc initiatives Skills we value These skills will help you succeed in this role • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Organizational and time management skills • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills • A positive attitude, a client service mindset and high level of attention to details. • Strong excel and Salesforce experience a plus Education & Preferred Qualifications Pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Computer Science. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
