Position Summary:
The Property Manager is responsible for the overall operation and success of the Apartments. This includes overseeing maintenance staff, leasing and marketing units, maintaining high occupancy (97%), addressing resident concerns, managing rent collection and delinquency, handling financial transactions, producing reports and budgets, coordinating resident events, and ensuring timely unit turnovers.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and work in varying temperatures. Must be able to sit/stand for long periods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rent collection, bank deposits, and delinquency management
- Invoice approval, vendor coordination, and purchasing
- Maintain and audit tenant files; process move-ins/move-outs
- Application screening and lease renewals
- Meet NOI, occupancy, and expense goals
- Budget prep and utility monitoring
- Ensure property upkeep, curb appeal, and preventative maintenance
- Comply with safety and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with maintenance to ensure resident-ready units and community cleanliness
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (subject to change based on operational needs).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,468.00 - $50,987.00 per year
