Team members will support the CEO and school community by ensuring that operational, academic, and organizational systems are executed with consistency, excellence, and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and uphold the vision and mission of Statesmen College Preparatory Academy for Boys.
- Ensure that school systems and procedures are implemented with fidelity.
- Provide high-quality operational and logistical support to the CEO and school leadership team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to coordinate academic, behavioral, and administrative systems that support student success.
- Manage or support key operational functions such as: scheduling, procurement, compliance, data systems, and internal communications.
- Use data and feedback to monitor the efficacy of school systems and make improvements.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the overall leadership and strategic direction of the school.
- Liaise with school leadership to ensure academic and operational priorities are aligned and reinforced across all departments.
