About The Role
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team focused on delivering impactful media solutions. You’ll drive growth by developing sales strategies across digital marketing solutions, mobile, niche publications, and our core newspaper. You’ll also inspire your team and our clients as we continue to evolve as a modern media company.
Our office is located in Bell Works in Holmdel NJ. The ideal candidate while able to work remotely some times would be able to work from this office at least once a week.

- Build and execute go-to-market strategies with your team
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve performance
- Lead weekly sales meetings to share wins, training, and best practices
- Recommend training opportunities for continuous development
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or equivalent experience
- 5 years of proven success leading sales teams in a goal-driven environment
- Strong coaching and leadership skills
- Passion for digital and social media, with a quick learning curve
- Experience in digital advertising/marketing is a big plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities, including CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Must live within reasonable drive of our two offices in the New Jersey region.

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
