We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Baristas. No prior coffee experience is required. We provide full training for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks and specialty beverages according to customer preferences and established recipes
- Accurately take and process orders using our point-of-sale system
- Deliver warm, professional customer service in a fast-paced drive-thru environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, drive-thru windows, and storage areas
- Assist with restocking supplies and basic inventory tasks
- Follow written procedures and team standards consistently
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking
- Dependability and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Availability for early shifts, weekdays, weekends, or a combination, depending on shop needs
