About us
We are currently seeking a friendly and motivated individual to join our team as a Barista at our coffee shop. No previous experience is necessary, we will provide all the training you need!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages in accordance with customer preferences and established recipes.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the drive-thru windows and back storage areas.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking.
Qualifications:
- No previous experience is necessary - we will provide all the training you need!
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
