Key Responsibilities
- Assist the event manager in day-to-day tasks.
- Monitor event equipment; keep track of inventory, be sure supplies are kept organized and clean.
- Pack event kits and coordinate kit pick up and drop off with promotional event staff.
- Assist with Scheduling and training promotional reps for events.
- Help organize and execute on/off-premise tastings and large-scale promotional events to drive brand awareness.
- Respond to community requests and coordinate donation pick ups.
- Collaborate closely with area sales managers and accounts to ensure smooth event support.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations in a fast paced environment.
- Work in person Wednesday-Friday at our Philadelphia location, with some flexibility on hours. This is not a remote position.
- Minimum age of 21, residing in the Philadelphia area.
- Possession of a valid US Driver’s License with willingness to travel to various event sites in the Philadelphia area and South Jersey, equipped with reliable transportation.
- Working towards or recently (within the last 90 days) completed a Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Ability to work a traditional schedule of 9am-5pm on select days with flexibility depending on events, estimated between 20-30 hours per week.
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
- RAMP certification or willingness to obtain it within 60 days of hire.
- A passionate advocate for the brand, believing in its potential and success.
- Familiarity working in the events industry is preferred.
- Part-time internship (20-30 hours per week).
- In person attendance required.
- $15 USD per hour
- Mid May through August
