Retail Sales Specialist - Myrtle Beach

Job Summary

As a  Retail Sales Specialist  you will support the State Manager in executing sales initiatives, event activations, and ad-hoc account support. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless operations, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting distributor representatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in merchandising efforts at key accounts, ensuring brand presence, and proper product displays.
• Drop off supplies, samples, and point-of-sale materials to accounts as needed.
• Lead the execution of on and off- premise promotional events from start to finish, ensuring brand representation and consumer engagement.
• Collaborate closely with area sales managers and distributors to ensure smooth product distribution and support.
• Serve as a knowledgeable ambassador for Stateside Brands at all events and activations.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Minimum age of 21, with a valid US Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to lift and transport cases of product and POS materials.
• Comfortable working non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for the alcohol industry and brand-building.
• RAMP certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the alcohol industry, sales, or event marketing is a plus.
• Previous experience working with distributors or in merchandising roles.
• Military experience is a plus.
  
  

Compensation

• Estimated Base Salary Range: $40,000-$50,000 USD.
• Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, and qualifications.
• The salary range refers to base salary only and is not inclusive of the total compensation package.
