Distillery Tour Guide

We’re looking for an outgoing, engaging Tour Guide to lead tours at our Stateside distillery in Fishtown. This role blends hospitality, storytelling, education, and light sales. You’ll bring the Stateside brand to life by sharing our history, walking patrons through our distillation process, and introducing visitors to our full portfolio of spirits.

This position will work the Saturday night shift, approximately 7pm-10pm.

• Lead engaging distillery tours that highlight the history of Stateside Brands, our founding story, and our vision for the future.
• Explain the basics of distillation in a clear, approachable way.
• Create a welcoming, high‑energy guest experience from the moment visitors arrive.
• Support sales conversations by introducing the brand to guests who may be unfamiliar with Stateside and guiding them toward products they’ll love.
• Answer questions about our process, ingredients, and portfolio with confidence and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the on‑site team to ensure smooth tour flow, guest satisfaction, and consistent brand representation.

• Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or tour guiding is a plus.
• Outgoing, personable, and comfortable speaking to groups of all sizes.
• Willingness to learn the Stateside brand story, product portfolio, and distillation basics.
• Confidence in light sales conversations and guiding guests toward purchases.
• Strong storytelling skills and the ability to make information fun and memorable.
• Reliable and punctual– Saturday availability is required.
• Military experience is a plus.

• Estimated Hourly Range: $30.00 USD.
• Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, and qualifications.
• The hourly range refers to the hourly pay rate only and is not inclusive of the total compensation package.
