- Process medical collections and handle billing inquiries as needed.
- Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Provide support in a medical office setting when required, understanding specific terminology and procedures.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and address any concerns promptly.
Qualifications
