We are currently seeking an Auto Loan Servicing Relationship Manager to join our growing team and help deliver exceptional service to our auto loan customers.
Job Summary
The Auto Loan Servicing Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and servicing performing auto loans. This includes ensuring payments are made on time, assisting customers with questions or concerns, and helping borrowers enroll in ACH payments and electronic statements.
The position also involves handling default servicing tasks when needed, such as loan restructures, insurance verification, and repossessions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of performing and sub-performing auto loans in compliance with FDCA rules and guidelines.
- Ensure payments are received on time and resolve any customer issues.
- Encourage customers to sign up for ACH payments and e-statements.
- Communicate with customers regarding delinquencies, restructures, and insurance requirements.
- Prepare credit committee summaries for loan reviews or modifications.
- Coordinate with internal credit and documentation teams to prepare and finalize restructured loan documents.
- Review and communicate terms and conditions of loan documents and work to clear exceptions.
- Default servicing and processing third-party auto repossessions when necessary.
- Track and report portfolio performance.
- Maintain accurate and compliant servicing records.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems independently.
- Dependable and self-motivated with a desire to learn.
- Experience in loan servicing, banking, or collections a plus, but not required.

Job Type & Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday (7:30AM - 4:30PM)
- In-office preferred (Omaha, NE)
- Remote option may be available for the right candidate
