The States of Guernsey are looking for a Team Leader - St Julian's House to join the team at Housing.
St Julian's House provides emergency accommodation for homeless people and seeks to promote opportunities and support to enable homeless people to return to independent living. The role of Team Leader is an interesting and varied one, which can also be quite challenging and demanding. The post holder will be part of St Julian's House full time staff team providing a range of care and support for homeless and vulnerable adults. The postholder should enjoy working with people and be able to build relationships with St Julian's House service users that are caring, supportive and non-judgmental. They should be able to deal with people objectively and with common sense in circumstances that can, at times, be difficult
